Novelette Witt is the founder and licensed broker of Morgen Real Estate®, Inc., an independent brokerage serving greater Los Angeles with close to twenty years of market expertise and a record built on relationships, not just results.
Born in Jamaica, West Indies, Novelette brings a global perspective to one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. She launched Morgen Real Estate with a clear purpose: to create a boutique firm where every client is treated as a genuine partner and every transaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, advocacy, and care.
Over her career, Novelette has earned twelve nationally recognized professional designations, among the broadest credential sets of any independent broker in Southern California. From the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) to the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), her ongoing education isn't a formality; it is a direct investment in the quality of service her clients receive.
Her influence extends well beyond individual transactions. Novelette serves as a Director on the boards of the South Bay Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, and is a founding member of the California Association of Black Real Estate Professionals. She also trains the next generation of California agents as an instructor for the NAR Center for REALTOR® Development.
Deeply rooted in the communities she serves, Novelette spent four years as a Torrance Social Services Commission Commissioner, tutored adults in literacy through the Los Angeles Public Library for six years, and sits on the board of the Friends of San Pedro Library.
She lives in San Pedro with her husband Michael and their two spirited Miniature Pinschers, Luigi and Trevor.
