Novelette’s professional journey encompasses over two decades of Business-to-Business Sales experience in advertising and telecom. Within this realm, she has consistently demonstrated adeptness in contract negotiations, cultivated enduring client relationships, championed strategic planning initiatives, and orchestrated impactful marketing campaigns. Originally from the Caribbean island of Jamaica, Novelette now calls Torrance, California, her home, where she resides with her husband, Michael, and shares her life’s adventures with their spirited and daring Miniature Pinschers, Luigi and Trevor (the Boys).
Beyond her remarkable accomplishments, Novelette’s commitment to community upliftment shines brightly. Since 2014, she has wholeheartedly devoted her time and expertise as a Volunteer Tutor for the Los Angeles Public Library Adult Literacy Program. Her commitment to education and empowerment shines through her active role as a Torrance Education Foundation board member. This recent addition further amplifies her passion for fostering learning and facilitating empowerment within the community.
